I am humbled by the open arms I felt when taking on the role of president in July, and the collective spirit that inspired me daily. Your belief in our mission and your commitment to excellence have been the driving force behind our achievements. It has been a privilege to witness your efforts in demonstrating that the work we do touches lives, creates opportunities, and impacts livelihoods.

As we reflect on 2024, we can be incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. The milestones we have reached and the challenges we have overcome are a testament to your resilience and teamwork.
